We can offer advice on the build and the size needed, depending on how many you will be catering for and whether you will be serving a person or table at a time, or will be serving banquet style. You can choose from different grill surfaces, different grill areas whether fixed or height adjustable, and hanging space to roast meats, side tables, canopies, you name it, we can probably build it!
